Truly Panama collaborates with MUSAP to protect Panama’s marine heritage through art and conservation
A new underwater experience begins in Portobelo, bringing together art, culture, and marine conservation to create a lasting impact.
Truly Panama is proud to announce its collaboration with MUSAP (Museo Submarino de Arte de Panamá), a pioneering initiative created through the collaboration of entrepreneurs from different sectors who share a common purpose: protecting Panama’s marine biodiversity and preserving the richness of its oceans.
Among the founding members of MUSAP is Jonathan, CEO of Truly Panama, who joins this collective vision with the belief that collaboration and innovation can create meaningful solutions for the conservation of Panama’s natural resources.
MUSAP transforms the ocean into a living museum, where underwater sculptures become part of the marine ecosystem, creating new spaces for marine life while offering a unique experience that connects visitors with the underwater world.
The first sculpture of this new underwater collection, La Reina Congo, has already found its home beneath the waters of Portobelo.
Inspired by one of Panama’s most important cultural traditions, the sculpture celebrates the heritage of the Congo culture while creating a symbolic connection between our communities, our history, and the ocean that surrounds us.
