Perfect Panama Adventure!
Enjoy the city, discover its history and the Panama Canal. Take a boat ride through the rainforest and see different species of birds, monkeys and iguanas. Spend a day visiting the Embera indigenous group and learn about their unique culture and traditions.
Next, fly to the province of Chiriquí and discover the magic of Boquete, learn about one of the best coffees in world, fly through the mountains zip lining and conquer the rivers on a water rafting adventure. After Boquete, take a private transfer by land to the beautiful Archipelago of Bocas del Toro where you will be able to indulge yourself with white sand beaches and abundant rainforest that will leave you speechless.
Day 1 – Arrival in Panama City
Arrive in Panama City where one of our representatives will meet you. Take a ground transfer to your Hotel. Night at the Bristol Hotel. Breakfast included.
Day 2 – The Embera Natives
Visit an Embera indigenous village. In this adventure you will have the opportunity to learn about their culture, music, traditions and typical dances. Take a canoe ride down the river and experience the lush flora and fauna lunch included. Night at Bristol Hotel. Breakfast included.
Day 3 – Eco Tour – Canal & Fly to David
Take an amazing boat ride on Gatun Lake and experience the exotic surrounding rainforest. Appreciate the different species of birds, monkeys and iguanas, among other local animals. Afterwards take a journey through history and the construction of the Canal at the visitor center located at the Miraflores Locks. Watch ship transit and learn how the locks operate. After visiting the Canal you will fly to David and take a private transfer to Boquete. Each passenger is entitled to carry 25 pounds of luggage (12 Kilos) on flights from Panama City to David. The airline will apply a penalty of one dollar for each additional pound. Tonight you stay at Panamonte Inn.
Day 4 – Coffee Tour & Zip Line
Visit a working coffee plantation, see the entire process from tree to cup and even roast your own cup of Geisha Coffee! Also, take a journey high into the cloud forests surrounding Boquete. Next, fly high above the canopy of a beautiful forest on an amazing 3.5 km zipline adventure! Tonight you stay at Panamonte Inn.
Day 5 – White Water Rafting
Experience this heart-pumping adventure filled with rapids and bumps, with trained bi-lingual guides and top quality gear equipment for your comfort and safety. For rafters of all experience, enjoy the Río Chiriquí, a classic Class III run that offers only super-fun whitewater! Tonight you stay at Panamonte Inn.
Day 6 – Today you go to Bocas del Toro!
Take a private transfer from Boquete to the archipelago of Bocas del Toro. On this trip you will experience spectacular views of the mountains, flora and fauna surrounding the region. The duration of the trip is approximately 4 hours. Upon arrival you will be transferred by boat to Tranquilo Bay. Once you settle in, you have the choice between a guided hike on a two -mile nature trail watching for wildlife or a leisurely afternoon kayak and snorkeling session searching out water life above and below the surface. Tonight you stay at Tranquilo Bay. Three meals included.
Day 7 – Snorkel & Beach trip to Zapatilla Keys
Enjoy these unspoiled islands protected by Bastimentos National Marine Park, full with white sands and coconut palms trees. Perfect for sunbathing and snorkeling around the reefs with vivid color fish and barracudas. Tonight you stay at Tranquilo Bay. Three meals included.
Day 8 – Cliffs and Beaches
Following breakfast, we will leave the facility in a support boat for a 15-minute ride to a beautiful palm covered beach called Punta Vieja. From there, we will begin our exhilarating open-ocean paddle down the dramatic windward shoreline, en route to Playa Larga. Playa Larga is a three-mile-long uninhabited beach located within the Bastimentos National Marine Park. We will paddle over reef, rock and sand bottom as we observe the jungle flora and fauna on the shoreline. This entire coastline includes beautiful white sand beaches, rock cliffs and offshore rock outcroppings. We will stop at a pristine and secluded beach for a picnic-style lunch. After lunch we can swim, snorkel, or just relax on the beach before heading back to the support boat. Tonight you stay at Tranquilo Bay. Three meals included.
Day 9 – Fly back to Panama City
Depending upon the time of your domestic flight returning to Panama City, choose between the different activities Tranquilo Bay has to offer. Transfer to Bocas del Toro airport, for your departure. This flight will take 1 hour approximately. Please remember that each passenger is entitled to carry 25 pounds of luggage (12 Kilos) on flights from Panama City to David. The airline will apply a penalty of one dollar for each additional pound. Tonight you stay at the Bristol Hotel. Breakfast included.
