Boquete Coffee Tour
INFO
The majority of high-quality Panamanian coffee is produced in the province of Chiriquí, where the soil is uniquely enriched by Volcán Baru’s volcanic ash. Today you will have the opportunity to visit one of the area’s top working coffee plantations, where you will see the entire process from bean to cup and can even roast your own cup of Geisha Coffee!
This coffee tour is kept small and semi-private for an in-depth and hands-on experience. As you walk the fields, you will learn about the growing and processing of coffee plants. Then you will visit the roasting house where you will sample different roasts to determine your preference. Another unique feature of this tour is coffee tasting; every coffee drinker has a preference and every tour roasts beans to satisfy those particular taste buds.
